Observing the business world simultaneously through his Indian and French perspectives for over 15 years, Sanjeev has made a career of successfully straddling the two seemingly different realms.
Previously, he was with the Boston Consulting Group for three years where he worked on many international strategic, business development and change management assignments. In his nine years at Alstom, based in Europe, he helped set up R&D co development teams and transfer of technology from France to India as well as developing business in both the American and Asian regions. A people’s person, his dynamic, result-driven management style is an asset in any project he undertakes.
Sanjeev has an MBA from INSEAD and an engineering degree from Mangalore University.
JACQUES ETIENNE DE T’SERCLAES
In his career spanning over 30 years, the various positions that Jacques-Etienne has held are testament to his solid international experience in the retail / consumer goods sector and in auditing.
Besides his association with G2i, he is currently Operating Partner with Advent International and Senior Advisor with Morgan Stanley. He is also Non-Executive Director with Remy Cointreau, (France), and Altran (France) where he also chairs the Audit committee and Gifts in Kind International, (USA).
Previously, as a Senior Partner of Pricewaterhouse Coopers (1990 - 2005), he led the global retail and consumer practices worldwide. He has spent 8 years with the Euromarché group (bought by Carrefour) where he was Managing Director.
Jacques-Etienne, a Chartered Accountant, has graduated from the ESSCA and the Harvard Business School (OPM).
Mohan has over 28 years of experience in marketing, management and consulting, working on both Indian and international projects in the retail, consumer, technology and telecom industries.
His key consulting areas are in brand building (product & corporate), B2B marketing strategies, and customer relationship building. His consulting clients include SAP India, Titan/ Tanishq, Madura garments and Tata telecom among others. Direct and one who quickly gets down to brass tacks, he prefers his consulting to be operational and hands-on because he believes execution is more critical today than the strategy. Apart from G2i, he currently advises CEO’s of top Indian companies on leveraging the growing Indian B2B and B2C market.
Mohan is an alumnus of IIT Delhi and IIM Calcutta.
Jagdish, known for his people skills and for his customer centric approach, has managed both Indian and International companies in his career spanning over 28 years in the telecom and retail sector.
He is currently CEO of e5c, a management consultancy firm which focuses on strategic and organisational capacity building through a customer centric approach. He has been at the helm of the success stories of many brands in India including L’Oreal, Gillette and more recently as CEO of Bharti Airtel in South India His major contributions with Airtel was establishing a new wave of standards within the country and the telecommunications industry. His management philosophy “satisfied employees give satisfied customers” is seen in everything he does.
Jagadish has an MBA from Symbiosis Institute and an Advanced Management Programme from CEDEP (INSEAD, Fontainbleu)
